prac training,,,

I did my prac training at State Development office, Malacca. Their HQ is at Putrajaya. It has 1 branch in each state. They'll manage all development in each state like build d facilities and give a contribution in any event that is need large expense.

This company has 2 office which is situated in ground and first floor. In d ground floor is technical department; meanwhile in the first floor is management and financial department. It has bout 35 strengths include 8 officers and 7 technicians are put in each District Office. In d financial depart, it is dividing into 2 sections; state and federal financial.

I worked in management and financial depart as assistant in key in their Bill Register’s book. Other than that, I also work in state contribution like existing the voucher for endowment which is the money come from Chief Minister’s contribution. In the end of the month, I have to key in data of punch cards into punch cards database system.

Besides, I hv also been exposed in how to manage an organization event and meeting. I was appointed as secretariat in One Village One Product (OVOP) Showcase, participants in launching ceremony of I cerve u and e-merah portal n secretariat in any meeting which is organize by the office.

I was teaches about how to use the system which is their use in do their work. Or example e-SPKB system, use in existing voucher in federal contribution and payments. Meanwhile, SPEKS system use in state contribution and payments and ‘Sistem Cuti ‘ for their staff take the leaves.

The company also gv me an assignment to make a system for Bill Register’s book. The system is about how to calculate the days take for finish one voucher or payment. The system will calculate automatically. I used Microsoft Access and Visual Basic 6.0 to finish that assignment. The system ws made when there is a problem where the staff had to check each name of the contractor in the Bill Register’s book to know about their payment, with this system d staff just has to put d name of the contractor and press button calculate.

Additional, I also was teaches about how to update the VOT book. This book is about all expense that used in pay all the payments of the development. This book must keep up to date. i got many experience in this place... so nice. besides, i also knew d environment of work... i'll never forget this experience in my life... i think this enough to tell bout my prac... so much story, like a speaker to gv their speech...huhhuhuhhu
